Two different assets, two different methods. A domain is priced as a name; a website is priced on its profit.

Domain namesPriced as a name: disqualifiers, the 0–100 Domain Score, then the Domain Value formula (score, length, search demand, ad value).Websites & online businessesPriced on profit: SDE times a multiple for the business model, placed by a 0–100 quality score and checked against real sales.
